Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

At Samad Med, we have a minimum order quantity of 1 piece for any of our medical instruments. This ensures that our customers can purchase the exact amount they need, without having to commit to large bulk orders.

Warranty

We take great pride in the quality of our products, and we stand behind them with a comprehensive warranty. If any of our instruments are found to be damaged or malfunctioning during transportation, we will gladly provide replacement items. We thoroughly inspect each instrument before final packing, but in the rare event that a product does not work properly, we will send a replacement in the next order.

Shipping Time

For products that are currently in stock, we offer a fast turnaround time of 4-6 working days. For items that are not in stock, the shipping time is typically 20-30 days, depending on the order size and the nature of the instruments. However, once a customer becomes a regular, we will work to maintain a customer-specific inventory at our facility, significantly reducing the shipping time.

Shipping Cost

If a customer has their own courier account, we will not include the shipping cost in the invoice. However, if the customer does not have a courier account, we will charge them the shipping cost based on the weight and the rates for the respective region.

International Customs and Taxes

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes that may be applicable in their country when receiving packages. We are not responsible for any fees related to international customs, nor are we responsible for any delays in customs clearance in the buyer’s country, as each country has its own unique rules and regulations.At Samad Med, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality medical instruments and exceptional service.
